Mystery of the constant pizza place queue

Last year in Rome we could not understand the line ups outside the pizza place on the corner. Normally a 45 minute wait. Place did not look much, narrow street near Piazza Navona. then we discovered it is mentioned in the guide books as the “best pizza in Rome”. These things can count!
